Please see below the a full copy of the judgement in the court case.
Unfortunately the Judge made her decision in favour of the Receivers and decided that the trees are the property of the Receivers not the growers.
We are seeking advice from our lawyers on the decision and will report to growers after we have received this advice.
What about the people that have paid the maintenance costs every year?
How can we the growers,the financiers of these trees be left out in the cold, we the growers have fully paid for these plots, we have to stand up to these thieves. Do what ever it takes, those directors at Blackrock deserve jail, we deserve our rightfully returns. Shame on that judge to, no consideration for our debt,heart ache stress and alike.
